No, that is not possible.
In manual shift mode "M", the driver can operate the gearshift lever in the desired direction in the usual way. If the rotational speed in the desired target gear is within the maximum or minimum speed, the shifting action is carried out directly. The rotational speed limiter limits the maximum engine speed – as with the conventional transmission. The system downshifts automatically to prevent the engine from stalling. There is no provision for forced upshifting.
