There are two levels to regulate the volume of the voice output (1st level: smartphone; 2nd level: helmet)
1st level smartphone:
- Make sure that the volume for phone calls and media playback is at an audible level (side buttons for volume adjustment during telephony or media playback).
- If this is not the case, only a very quiet or no audio signal is passed on to the helmet.
- The volume of the voice output of the navigation follows the level set for phone calls and media playback on your smartphone.
2nd level helmet:
The volume of the helmet can be controlled using the buttons on the helmet or the multi-controller (BMW Motorrad communication systems only).
Note: The ConnectedRide Com U1 also offers the option of adjusting settings via the COM U1 app.
