You can delete maps that are no longer required in the BMW Motorrad Connected app at any time to free up memory space on your smartphone.
To do this, select the "More" menu 
at the bottom right of your BMW Motorrad Connected app and click on "Map download". In the lower part of the screen you will find the heading "Downloaded map data". All maps that you have downloaded are listed here. To delete the map material, swipe the relevant entry from right to left. A trash can symbol appears. If you click on the symbol, the deletion of the data begins immediately (no further confirmation is requested).
