What is required in order to be able to use the equipment Connectivity with TFT display?

To use the equipment Connectivity you need

Motorcycle with the equipment Connectivity
Smartphone and a communication system
BMW Motorrad Connected App for smartphone-based navigation for smartphones with iOS or Android

Tip: With a BMW communication system, the volume can be controlled via the Multi-Controller.

Telephony (HFP), media player (A2DP and AVRCP) and navigation (SPP/ iAP) are supported by most current smartphones. BMW Motorrad Connected App for Apple iOS or Android devices with the latest operating system software. The type and scope of navigation depends on the technical environment and the user's device. The navigation remains usable as part of the BMW Motorrad Connected App as long as BWM Motorrad receives map data and navigation services from a third party provider, but for at least 3 years from the date of initial registration.
