BMW Motorrad CarData allows you to easily view your key telematics data and control which independent operators should have access to your telematics data and which independent providers should provide services on your motorbike.
BMW generally uses your telematics data to establish, organise and amend the content of your ConnectedRide contract and to bill you for the ConnectedRide services you have booked.
The group of people who are granted access to telematics data is limited according to the need-to-know principle and is regularly monitored.
Where necessary for the provision of ConnectedRide services, data may be transmitted to service providers commissioned to provide the services or to independent providers authorised by you. Data is used by the service provider exclusively to provide the service and deleted after completed processing. Telematics data is not shared with independent operators or independent providers beyond that.
