What do I do first after unpacking my ConnectedRide Com U1?

Make sure your ConnectedRide Com U1 works properly, which means: 
Check if there is a software update and download the Device Manager from our homepage to your PC and follow the instructions there.



The Device Manager is available via PC / laptop, for Windows and MAC devices.  
The very first update must be done via PC - not via smartphone.
