Can my smartphone fall out of the ConnectedRide Cradle while I am riding?

When the equipment is used correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's intended use, the smartphone is secured against falling out of the cradle.
Make sure that the smartphone is inserted into the ConnectedRide Cradle in the intended way. So before you ride off, always make sure that the "arms" are secure and that the smartphone is firmly seated in the cradle.
