Connection problems: The ConnectedRide Smartglasses do not connect to the BMW Motorrad Connected app. What can I do?

If connection problems occur when pairing the smartglasses, remove the smartglasses entry in the Bluetooth system settings of your smartphone. Then delete the paired devices in the Connected app and try the process again.
If there are further connection problems, restarting the app may also help.

Note: Always make sure you have the latest software version of the Connected app installed.
