Has anything been changed on the engine of the M 1000 RR (2023 model year)?

Yes, the M RR uses the well-known water-cooled four-cylinder in-line engine designed for racing purposes, especially the Superbike World Championship. As before, its peak output is 156 kW (212 hp) at 14,500 rpm. The maximum torque of 113 Nm is reached at 11,000 rpm. The maximum rotational speed of the M RR is 15,100 rpm. Since January 2022, the well-known engine has 2-ring forged pistons.
