Basically, the procedure is the same for the front or rear wheel. The motorcycle should be safely jacked up, preferably with a front and rear auxiliary sport stand. Wear gloves at best.
- First attach the tyre heater to the tyre, tighten the hook and loop fastener around the wheel rim and attach it to the tyre heater. See the red arrow in the picture.
- Press the tyre heater with your knee on the tyre, then turn the tyre including the tyre heater upwards with your hands and press it on. With the rotation of the wheel, the tyre heater is mounted "by itself".
- Turn the wheel all over once, pull it slightly taut and fasten the slightly overlapping ends or hook and loop fasteners laterally and centrally – see also the following picture.
