This is how you attach the aluminium case to the motorbike:
- Turn the protective cap to the "UNLOCK" position until you feel it click into place and remove it.
- Turn the key in the case lock to the "RELEASE" position, so that the locking flap opens.
- Open the locking flap completely.
- Check the magnetic plug connection (3) on the aluminium case and case holder for dirt and damage.
- Insert the hooks (2) of the aluminium case securely into the mounts on the case holder (1).
- Close the locking flap completely until you hear the lock engage. The key automatically jumps to the "LOCK" position.
- Remove the key.
- Make sure that the aluminium case sits securely in the holder.
- Open the aluminium case and attach the protective cap to the holder in the aluminium case lid by turning the protective cap to the position with the "Lock" icon until you feel it click into place.
To remove the aluminium case, proceed as follows:
- Turn the key in the case lock to the "RELEASE" position, so that the locking flap opens.
- Open the locking flap completely.
- Remove the aluminium case from the case holder.
- Store the aluminium case in a dry and clean place to protect the magnetic plug connection from contamination and damage.
- Open the aluminium case and turn the protective flap to the position with the lock icon until you feel it click into place.
- Remove the protective cap from the holder in the aluminium case lid.
- Check the protective cap and magnetic plug connection for contamination or damage.
- Attach the protective cap to the magnetic plug connection on the motorbike by turning the protective cap to the position with the "LOCK" icon until you feel it click into place.
