The S 1000 RR (2025 model year) has – depending on the speed – e.g. at a speed of 300 km/h a higher contact pressure of up to 23.1 kg at the front wheel, significantly more contact pressure than the previous model. This additional wheel load counteracts the wheelie tendency during acceleration, the traction control regulates less, more driving power is converted into acceleration and the rider achieves a faster lap time.
