The rear wheel assembly has been made much easier, among other things by loss-proof axle bushings and chamfered brake pads and brake anchor plate. This is a great comfort feature, especially when used on the racetrack, where rear tyres have to be changed more often due to wear. For example, with the BMW Sport assembly stand, the motorcycle can now be jacked up even faster and more safely.
