The Quick action throttle of the S 1000 RR (2025 model year) supports the rider, especially during (longer) rides on the racetrack.
The hand movement for accelerating the motorbike is now even more comfortable as there is no twisting of the wrist, making it easier to accelerate. The hand rotation angle has been reduced by 14° (to 58°). The response characteristic of the engine is now even more dynamic and easier to handle and control.
Note:
It is not possible to remove the Quick action throttle, as the throttle grip is part of the vehicle registration. In addition, the engine management has been adapted to the new rotation angle.
