Is the Tokyo Connect GTX jacket (incl. the integrated electronics) waterproof?

The LED light strips integrated into the jacket on the back and sleeves are waterproof and washable. This is ensured by the 3-layer GORE-TEX® Pro material.
There are also 2 waterproof outer pockets on the jacket.
