With the Vario luggage system, is only the interior of the luggage compartment illuminated or also the outside of the cases / topcase?

The integrated lighting on the Vario luggage system (right + left cases and topcase) only illuminates the interior.
Exterior lighting or ground lighting, e.g. the ground next to the vehicle, is not included.
