The Vario case or topcase is attached to the motorbike, but when it is opened, the lighting does not come on automatically. What can I do or what could be the fault?

If the lighting inside the luggage system does not come on automatically, it is because the electrical contacts between the motorbike and the Vario case / topcase are not working.
The protective caps may still be attached or the contacts may be dirty. Check the contact points on the motorbike / luggage and re-attach the cases / topcase to the motorbike.
