Not all telematics data can be accessed via BMW Motorrad CarData, as much of the telematics data is used exclusively for ConnectedRide services and is not stored on BMW servers at all or only in anonymised form.
Telematics data is also only stored for a limited duration by BMW and is then deleted again in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines.
