For the provision of BMW ConnectedRide services, data is generally linked and stored with the vehicle identification number of your BMW motorbike, but not with your name.
In some cases, it is possible to provide the service on the basis of anonymised data, in which case there is no link to your vehicle identification number.
The data is assigned to your name (or user account) as part of the use of personalised services such as LastStateCall. In this case, you will need to add your motorbike to your customer account in the My BMW Motorrad app and a link will be created.
