I have switched off BMW Motorrad CarData e-mail notifications in the portal. Nevertheless, I recently received an e-mail from BMW Motorrad CarData. Why?

You can deactivate optional e-mail notifications, but some cannot be deactivated.

For legal reasons, for example, we must inform you by e-mail if the T&Cs are changed.
