CarData: My data access list contains grey lines that cannot be changed and have the status "withdrawn". What does this mean?

If a third party deletes a request for data access, e.g. because it is no longer used, the corresponding line in the list is coloured grey. It is therefore no longer active, and the data can no longer be retrieved by third parties.
