The customer can have the ConnectedRide basic services "intelligent emergency call" and "Teleservices" deactivated at any time by an authorised BMW Motorrad Retailer or a BMW Motorrad branch.
This deactivation also deactivates the SIM card installed in the vehicle, so that data transfer to or from the motorbike is no longer possible.
However, the emergency call with transmission of the motorbike position data to the ConnectedRide emergency call centre in the vehicle is then also without function.
