We recommend carrying out the "BMW Motorrad CarData Reset" function in the My BMW Motorrad customer portal.
BMW Motorrad CarData Reset resets all BMW Motorrad CarData settings to their initial status. This will immediately and irrevocably delete all your data and service releases for your motorbike, as well as all archive files.
Independent operators will then no longer have access to your motorbike's telematics data and independent providers will no longer be able to carry out services on your motorbike. Both will be informed about the reset.
