- When the pairing is complete and supposedly a connection has been established, switch all devices off and on once and check if they are automatically reconnecting.
- Make sure the connections are active. For example, check whether Intercom works, your TFT display or mobile phone shows a connection, etc.
- Make sure the current software is installed on your devices.
If these steps did not help, proceed as follows:
- Delete all relevant connections on your devices you want to connect. See also the article "How can I delete existing pairing entries on my ConnectedRide Com U1?"
- Also delete the connections to the ConnectedRide Com U1 on the other devices, such as on the TFT display or the navigation device, otherwise the re-pairing will fail.
- Pair the devices again. No sequence must be observed.
- Restart all devices and check if they have reconnected.
If this does not work, delete all connections again and reset your BMW accessories to factory settings (see article).
If that doesn't work either, contact your dealer.
