My ConnectedRide Com U1 does not respond when I press the middle button. What can I do?

If the middle button on your ConnectedRide Com U1 does not respond, switch your device off and on again. Then the button should work again.
From the illustration you can see how to switch off the communication system: tap the middle and the (+) buttons once.
