My smartphone was already connected to the ConnectedRide Cradle. Why doesn't my smartphone automatically pair up the next time I ride?

The following steps will help you in this situation:

  • Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone.
  • Re-insert the cradle into the navigation preparation and check in the app (in the "Connectivity Hub") whether the connection between cradle and smartphone has been established successfully
  • All smartphones in the vicinity should have Bluetooth deactivated


If the connection still cannot be set up, disconnect or delete all Bluetooth connections available on the smartphone and cradle. Then try to set up the connection again.
