- Click on the "Connectivity Hub" in the Connected Ride app.
- Under "Connected Devices", click on your cradle.
- Click the "Disconnect" icon
at the top right of "Cradle Options" for at least 10 seconds.
- Confirm in the pop-up window that you want to disconnect the connection.
- On your smartphone, under "Paired Devices", click on the dustbin icon next to your cradle.
- Confirm in the pop-up window that you want to remove the device.
- Your cradle is no longer connected to your smartphone.
