With a BMW ID, all your data is stored in the cloud and all your devices are connected and synchronised via the Internet.
For example, all data from your ConnectedRide Navigator (e.g. planned or recorded routes) is stored in the BMW Cloud and can be accessed via the BMW Motorrad Connected app. The same applies in reverse. You have the flexibility to plan your route with any device and program. Once you have imported the route into the BMW Motorrad Connected app, you can view it on your ConnectedRide Navigator.
If you do not yet have a BMW ID, you can create a new account directly on the Navigator, including agreement to the General Terms and Conditions, data protection and all mandatory personal details.
To do this, go to "Settings > My BMW ID > Register manually > Select country and language", then you will be redirected to your BMW country website in the browser (Internet connection required). Please fill in the mandatory information, accept the necessary conditions and, among other things, the data protection. Then confirm the registration by e-mail (using your smartphone).
