The Navigator contains sensitive electronic components. These can be permanently damaged by strong shocks or vibrations that are not due to normal use on the motorbike. The risk of damage can be reduced if the Navigator is not dropped and is not exposed to strong shocks or vibrations.
If you want to clean the Navigator, please do not use chemical cleaning agents or solvents, as these can damage plastic parts. Cleaning agents with a high alcohol content can also damage the plastic parts of the Navigator.
Before cleaning with a damp cloth, switch off the Navigator and disconnect it from the power supply.
Clean the housing of the Navigator with a clean, slightly damp cloth and then allow to dry.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth (e.g. microfibre cloth) to clean the touchscreen . If the touchscreen is very dirty, dampen the cloth slightly.
Please consider:
Do not store the Navigator in places where the device is exposed to very high or very low temperatures for a long time.
Do not operate the touchscreen of the Navigator with hard or sharp objects.
