How do I change the units, e.g. from kilometres to miles?

You can find this setting under "Settings > System > Units". There you can choose between "kilometres / metres" and "miles / feet".
Here you can also set the temperature (Celsius / Fahrenheit) and the unit for pressure (bar / kilopascal etc.).
