Having problems using the ConnectedRide Navigator?

Here are some cases that should help you:

Problems with locating your position or GPS problems:
Bring the Navigator into the open and hold the position for a few minutes.

Problems with the charging process:
  • Check that the battery is correctly placed.
  • Temperature range not above max 55 °C and min 20 °C.
  • With power supply via motorbike: Check the correct position of the Navigator on the navigation preparation or Mount Cradle.
  • With power supply via motorbike: Check the fuses on the motorbike.
This is how the Navigator reset works:
Select "Settings > System > Reset to factory settings" from the menu.
When resetting the Navigator, all settings are reset to the factory settings. Personalised settings must be made again after resetting.

If these troubleshooting measures are unsuccessful and you continue to experience a problem with the Navigator, it is best to contact your authorised BMW Motorrad Retailer.
