My smartphone does not connect to the ConnectedRide Navigator. What can I do?

If you experience problems connecting your smartphone and ConnectedRide Navigator, please consider the following points:
  • The devices should be located close to each other.
  • Carry out the pairing process quickly to counteract the danger of a timeout.
  • Both devices should be up to date with the latest software. For the ConnectedRide Navigator, you can find this under "Settings > System > System update".
