To do this, select under "Settings > Navigation > Navigation settings > Spoken instructions" whether media should be played "muffled" or switched off completely during a navigation voice instruction.

In this menu, you can also set whether you want to receive spoken instructions during phone calls. Please consider: If an intercom connection is active on the communication system, it depends on the setting of the communication system whether voice announcements are issued or not.
