- Insert the vehicle key at the bottom left and turn it anticlockwise.
- Pull out the lock device at the top left to the left.
- Press the latch on the right. The navigation preparation is now unlocked and the cover can be removed by rotating it forwards.
- Insert the Navigator in the lower section and swivel it backwards in a rotational movement. The device audibly engages.
- Push the lock device at the top left all the way to the right. The latch on the right is locked.
- Turn the vehicle key clockwise – the Navigator is secured and the vehicle key can be removed.
Please consider:
The BMW Motorrad Mount Cradle or the navigation preparation is not included in the ConnectedRide Navigator product scope. The device is available from your authorised BMW Motorrad Retailer.
The securing system of the Mount Cradle or the navigation preparation does not offer any protection against theft. Therefore, please remove the navigation system after each journey and store it safely.
Please take into account that there are different versions of navigation preparations.
Unfortunately, the ConnectedRide Navigator cannot be used on the models R 1200 RT, R 1250 RT, K 1600 GT, K 1600 GTL, K 1600 Bagger and K 1600 Grand America.
