- Check if all communication participants are within range.
- Make sure that all Bluetooth Intercom devices have the latest software.
- Please note that environmental influences, such as opaque terrain, Wi-Fi, etc., can have an impact on the stability of Bluetooth connections.
If the connection is bad, regardless of the intercom:
- Make sure that your ConnectedRide Com U1, your smartphone and the BMW Motorrad Connected app have the latest software.
- Make sure that the connections are set up as desired. If these are faulty, see the article "I cannot connect the desired devices. What can I do?".
Note:
When using a TFT display: Make sure that your smartphone is not connected to the TFT display and the ConnectedRide Com U1 at the same time, as this can cause faults and interference noise.
