What can I do if the connection from my ConnectedRide Com U1 is bad or aborts temporarily?

If your ConnectedRide Com U1 connection is poor, follow these steps:
  1. Check if all communication participants are within range. 
  2. Make sure that all Bluetooth Intercom devices have the latest software. 
  3. Please note that environmental influences, such as opaque terrain, Wi-Fi, etc., can have an impact on the stability of Bluetooth connections. 

If the connection is bad, regardless of the intercom:
  1. Make sure that your ConnectedRide Com U1, your smartphone and the BMW Motorrad Connected app have the latest software.
  2. Make sure that the connections are set up as desired. If these are faulty, see the article "I cannot connect the desired devices. What can I do?".

Note: 
When using a TFT display: Make sure that your smartphone is not connected to the TFT display and the ConnectedRide Com U1 at the same time, as this can cause faults and interference noise.
